"Tweezers don't work for given purpose. I have purchased 2 pairs and both do not work when trying to remove very fine hairs. Have been told as I have tried to use both, they will not accept for a refund as they don't accept used tweezers back. Well , my reply was how are you supposed to be aware if you don't try to use them! Now I am asked to send in pictures of the tips of the tweezers. I ordered the point tweezers as the slant ones I already own, don't pick out the finer hairs of the eyebrows. Going down the path of sending in pictures to see if they are faulty, how can you tell? I am not saying they are faulty, they just don't work well on fine hairs."
