All of our sharpening services are undertaken at the Tweezerman Service Centre in America. 

  We do not charge for the sharpening
service, however, we do require the customer to pay for the initial
shipping cost to our USA facility in Port Washington, NY. This cost may
vary depending on the weight of your item and the postal service you
choose to send your items with.

 We will happily
sharpen authentic Tweezerman Full Size Slant, Point, and Mini Tweezers,
Nippers and Scissors that have become dull through proper and regular
use free of charge if the implement can be re-sharpened. Note
that we can only accept up to 6 implements at a time. Anything orders
sent above 6 is subject to being sent back to you, unsharpened.

Our Sharpening Service
does not apply to products that are electroplated or coated (including
our Rose Gold Collection and our Ultra Precision Collection), products
that have been misused or modified, products that have been repaired by
anyone other than the Tweezerman Service Center, products that are not
Tweezerman or products purchased from an unauthorised seller. Tweezerman
reserves the right to reject Sharpening Service requests if it
determines, in its sole discretion, that an implement to be sharpened is
counterfeit, or in cases of fraud or abuse of the service.

The estimated
turnaround time for each sharpening service order is a minimum of twelve
(12) working weeks for US orders and a minimum of sixteen (16) working
weeks for international orders upon receipt in our warehouse, excluding
weekends. This timing may change at any time.

  Our dedicated team spend up to two
years training before they are qualified to make our products, ensuring
the highest quality and precision. This training also includes
sharpening services. This ensures your product is returned to you with
the same level of quality as when your first bought the product.

Please fill out the sharpening form to initiate all sharpening service orders and be sure to include your email address.

Once you complete and submit your form, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

Please send
your tools to be sharpened in a padded envelope, and use an insured
postal company to send in your implements to the Tweezerman Sharpening
facility.

Please note
that your sharpening form is not a shipping form. Please be sure to use
proper postage when sending your implement to us.

If an order is
sent without a sharpening form, it will be sent back to you unsharpened
requesting that you submit the sharpening form before shipping to us.
