"The length of the handles are too short, so they dig into your palms. You can’t open the out fully to clean the plier parts"
"I received faulty product. After contacting customer service I was asked to post back for qa investigation and apparently they did not find fault and returning the same item back. I clearly would not be going thus extra mile if I could use product. I asked for further feedback but being ignored . Never order again! Waste if money!"

"literally the best on the market! however not so good to get them re sharpened which is why I had to buy a new pair after over 20 years as they have to be returned to the US - you have to pay for postage and takes up to 12 weeks - can't be without with either cuticle nippers or tweezers for that long!"
