The innovative, must-have tool for at-home hair removal. The Smooth Finish Facial Hair Remover effortlessly removes unwanted hair on neck, chin, cheeks, and upper lip at home.

  1. Hold one handle in each of your hands and align the centre of the coil tip on the area where you want to remove hair from. 
  2. Ensure you are placing the flatter side of the coil against the skin on larger areas and the other side against the skin for smaller areas.
  3. Rotate the silver part above the coloured handle in each hand in the direction the arrows are pointing. This will enable the coil to directly grab the hair from the root.
  4. Repeat on other areas of the face as desired.

What’s your recommended cleaning method for this great item? I use this a lot on clean unmoisturised skin. I appreciate the advice on how and what to use to clean it. Thanks.
Hi Amethyst, Thank you for getting in touch! We recommend using an alcohol wipe to wipe down the tool itself. To remove any hair from inside the coils, we would recommend dabbing rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip and working your way around the coils where the hair is present. I bought this hair remover from Sainsbury's - can you tell me if it's possible to get refund? The item is not effective and is causing a lot of spots on my skin. I'm really disappointed with it and feel that it's too expensive to just accept as a loss.

Smooth Finish Facial Hair Remover: the silver part on each pink handle just swivels round, the arrows are very hard to see. Are they supposed to tighten the coils? I cannot see the coil tightening if that is the purpose. Are you supposed to move the Remover while trying to remove hairs or keep it in one place on the face etc? There are no instructions in the box. Is the hair remover faulty? I have just purchased this online from Tweezerman UK. Thank you
Hi Teresa! When using the product hold the coloured handles, centre align the top of the coil tip directly on to the area from which you are trying to remove hair. When aligning the tip, place the flatter side of the coil against the skin to use on larger areas. Place the curved part against the skin for smaller, more precise areas. Next, rotate the silver part of the handle in each hand in the direction the arrows are pointing, enabling the coil to directly grab the hair from the root. Gently move the Smooth Finish Facial Hair Remover away from the area and repeat on other areas as desired.
